Below indicated privacy policy applies to domains and sub-domains related to MonitGlass and services provided by Monit s.c. in connection with the use of the aforementioned portal.

The privacy policy regarding personal data applies exclusively to individuals who have voluntarily agreed to the processing of personal data in connection with the use of the MonitGlass portal or if the purpose of processing their personal data arises from the provisions of applicable law.

§ 1 GENERAL PROVISIONS

The administrator informs that the protection of data used for the purpose of using the MonitGlass portal is carried out in accordance with the requirements of universally applicable legal provisions, and their storage takes place on secured servers.

Providing all personal data is voluntary, but may be necessary for the implementation of services provided by the portal.

To protect the right to privacy and ensure the security of data provided to the Administrator, among others, a secure communication encryption protocol (SSL) is used.

The administrator informs that all personal data provided in the forms used on the MonitGlass portal are considered confidential. They are not accessible or visible to unauthorized persons.

Considering the principle of transparency of personal data processing in the following provisions, the term "Portal Client" is replaced with "Client" or an equivalent term. Furthermore, whenever the following policies mention "portal," it should be understood as domains and sub-domains related to MonitGlass.

§ 2 DATA CONTROLLER

By providing services related to the use of the portal, we are the data controller of our clients' data (i.e., also your personal data). This means that by sending a message on our site, we will have the possibility to process your personal data. Data necessary for the provision of individual services in connection with the operation of the portal are:

  • Your name and surname

  • Your phone number (mobile and/or landline)

  • Your email address or another selected method of electronic communication

§ 3 PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

We want you to be sure that the personal data you have provided us are processed in accordance with:

  • legal provisions on the protection of personal data

  • implemented Privacy Policy

  • the necessary purpose and scope resulting from concluding, shaping, executing, terminating services provided in connection with the operated portal (including services provided electronically),

  • the scope and purpose necessary to fulfill legitimate interests (always legally justified), to which you have agreed by sending a message through the contact form.

Beyond the above, we want you to be aware that the processing of your personal data will not violate your rights and freedoms.

Everyone whose data we administer has the right to:

  • access their personal data,

  • rectify their personal data,

  • delete their personal data,

  • restrict processing of their personal data,

  • object,

  • to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority,

We want you to be aware that applicable legal provisions allow us to process your data even after the termination of the Agreement or withdrawal of consent for their processing. In such cases, data will only be processed to the extent necessary for pursuing potential claims in court or when legal provisions obligate us to process them. In other respects, you can be sure that we respect your decision. Data will be processed for the period specified by individual legal provisions.

As the data controller, we may have certain obligations related to providing personal data to entities authorized under the appropriate legal provisions. Anticipating potential regulations, we want you to be aware that in such cases, your data will be shared by us, for example, with law enforcement authorities.

The deletion of your personal data can always occur, for this purpose you should withdraw consent or lodge a legally permissible objection to the processing of personal data.

As a service provider and administrator, we do not share the data entrusted to us with other entities other than those authorized under the appropriate legal provisions.

§ 4 COOKIES

The service automatically collects information via cookies, and not changing browser settings means their acceptance.

Cookies ("cookies") are computer data, especially text files, that are stored in the end-user's device of the service and are intended for use with the websites of the service. Cookies usually contain the name of the website they come from, the time they are stored on the end device, and a unique number.

The entity placing cookies on the end-user's device of the service and accessing them is the service administrator Monit s.c.

  • adjust the content of the service's websites to the user's preferences and optimize the use of websites; in particular, these files allow recognizing the service user's device and appropriately display the website, tailored to their individual needs;

  • create statistics that help understand how service users use websites, which allows improving their structure and content.

  • "necessary" cookies, enabling the use of services available within the service, e.g., authenticating cookies used for services that require authentication within the service

  • cookies used to ensure security, e.g., used to detect fraud in the realm of authentication within the service

  • "functional" cookies, allowing "remembering" the settings selected by the user and personalizing the user interface, e.g., in terms of the selected language or region from which the user comes, font size, website appearance, etc.

In many cases, the software used for browsing websites (web browser) by default allows storing cookies on the user's end device. Service users can change cookie settings at any time. These settings can be changed in such a way as to block the automatic handling of cookies in the web browser settings or inform about them every time they are placed on the service user's device. The service administrator informs that restrictions on the use of cookies may affect some functionalities available on the websites of the service.
